At Lycée Français International de Mumbai, we welcome students from all over the world, with our current student body comprising of 26 nationalities.
A global hub like Mumbai is the definition of a melting pot and our school is no different. While we welcome new families throughout the year, our main admission requirements pertain to proficiency in French or English, depending on the chosen grade.
We have a rolling admissions policy and students are welcomed during the course of the year, unless all seats are taken and a class has reached maximum capacity. To ensure all our students receive equal attention from our teachers, we maintain a student to teacher ratio of 7:1 and class sizes are limited to 15 students.
Our admissions process is straight forward, and our assessment of any application will begin as soon as we have received complete applications. Once newly enrolled, all students are monitored to ensure their grade placement is appropriate.
For those applicants coming from non-French school systems, please click below to help determine the appropriate grade level based on your child’s current age and grade. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
