Our institution has the privilege of belonging to the AEFE network, which brings together 600 schools across 138 countries worldwide. This affiliation enables our students to share unique and enriching experiences with schools in the Asia-Pacific region, while our teaching teams benefit from the expertise of inspectors from the French Ministry of Education within the framework of accreditation—an assurance of educational excellence.

Founded more than 40 years ago, our school has, since 2020, been located in the dynamic heart of Mumbai, in the prestigious business district of Lower Parel. The premises offer both functionality and an environment conducive to high-quality learning and student life. Lycée Français International de Mumbai is committed to growth and currently welcomes students from preschool through to high school.

As the only institution in the city to offer a bilingual French–English education from preschool, through our American International Section, we provide our students with a pathway of linguistic and academic excellence. This provision is set to expand, and in the near future we plan to establish the framework necessary to prepare our high school students for the French International Baccalaureate (B.F.I).
