With less than 200 days to go for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris, our students are more than ready to celebrate this historic event from the comfort of their own Lycée.
Paris 2024 will be an Olympic Games like no other, with so many events happening in landscapes familiar from many a postcard. A variety of locations include a beach in the middle of the Pacific, in front of a 3,000-year-old monument, and who can forget the Eiffel Tower?
And who is the mascot of the Games? It is the Olympic Phryge.
Based on the traditional small Phrygian hats, the name and design were chosen as symbols of freedom and to represent allegorical figures of the French republic.
